CHALLENGE SOLUTION RESULT

Solution
NAPC took all the imagery from the other agency and replicated their environment, providing a stopgap solution just in the nick of time.

sb_sec_pollqu_cs_ogilB"We spoke to NAPC and told them that we needed to build an interim solution," says Kent. "They were fantastic. Quick, helpful, responsive. Everyone bent over backwards to help. We were up and running in a remarkably quick time."

While not a service normally offered to clients, NAPC agreed to host the initial IBM site for a nominal fee until Ogilvy was fully operational in New York. This took about 3 months.

Henry says, "NAPC went beyond the call by hosting for us. It really took the pressure off that the account group was putting on us to get up and running. We were waiting for SGI servers and other hardware to come in. We wouldn't have been ready."

NAPC worked closely with Ogilvy to ensure that everything was fully tested and that the data on the NAPC site and the new Ogilvy site matched exactly. When the time came for Ogilvy to take over, NAPC copied all the data to Ogilvy's RAIDs. Afterwards, NAPC kept the site up and running for another month as backup.
