NAPC bundles leading Xinet software tools into new BrandControl suite

Waltham, MA — October 16, 2006 — NAPC (www.napc.com) today announced the release of BrandControl,
an all-in-one portal that provides convenient access to NAPC’s industry-leading WebNative tools. BrandControl is being made available to customers free of charge and will automatically be included with any of NAPC’s new or current Xinet installs.

From the BrandControl interface, users will have one-click access to both the admin and online manual for:
• Elegant 2.0: a highly customizable graphical interface for WebNative image libraries
• CreativeBanks 2.0: an easy-to-build front-end for managing user registration and access to assets
• Native Security: an add-on that provides enhanced password security for DAM systems
• nTransit: a simple solution for distributing assets to partners and vendors

BrandControl also includes a handy new tool called Brand It, which enables users to easily add headers and trailers to WebNative user accounts. Brand It’s simple GUI saves users the trouble of creating HTML and graphics files and putting them into the correct positions.

“Brand Control is to Xinet what iLife is to Apple. These applications provide an all-in-one solution that any creative person can use to enhance and manage an image library,” says Kenny Kirsch, Director of Strategic Solutions at NAPC. “BrandControl puts everything together in one convenient place, giving you full control to create a customized asset management system for internal or external needs.

”BrandControl will be included as part of NAPC’s default install. If a customer already has one or more products in the suite installed, those products will be automatically activated in Brand Control so they’re instantly accessible from its interface.

Along with BrandControl, NAPC is also releasing Version 2.0 of CreativeBanks. This new version adds enhancements such as automated creation of user accounts, new layout sizes and an easy-to-set password rotation policy. “Now you can build a front door to your image library and manage who walks through it in CreativeBanks, rather than doing it manually in WebNative,” says Kirsch.

In all, Version 2.0 of CreativeBanks includes a total of 15 new features.
