I. Product Releases and Updates

A) Xinet has posted the official release of Xinet WebNative Portal version 2.05.01 within the Released Software downloading area of their website. This release fixes several bugs that only pertain to Japanese environments. It also fixes a bug where one could not search on metadata fields that were both pop-ups and editable.

Customers unaffected by these problems do not need to upgrade. For more information about Xinet and the WebNative Suite, please click here.

B) Pageflex announces the availablilty of Pageflex 6.0! This release introduces two new capabilities:

      1) The Pageflex Campaign Tools for creating and tracking cross media campaigns
      2) An update to the Free Edit application for Pageflex Storefront to include support for Flash.

Pageflex 6.0 also includes an important update to the latest version of the Adobe PDF Library.

C) Dalim Software unveiled several new products to complement its entire portfolio of progressive workflow solutions for the graphic arts industry during a pre-Drupa conference at D¸sseldorf, Germany.

The solutions focus on providing publishers exciting, dynamic cross-media content with virtual magazines, implementing working JDF applications, and putting Adobe PDF Print Engine on board. For more about Dalim Software, please click here.

D) NAPC is pleased to announce the release of Elegant 3.0!

With Elegant 3.0, it's never been easier to find, share and manage digital assets over the web. Version 3 adds new "Long View" for art buyers, cybrarians and others who need easy access to editable metadata and rights management info. Plus, you'll get significant enhancements to Supermail, easy contact sheets and even more intuitive GUI controls.

II. Xinet Refresher Training

Due to popular demand, we are happy to announce two new sessions of Xinet Refresher Training scheduled for this season!

NAPC's refresher course is perfect when new people join your staff or for others who need some brushing up. Send them to our refresher training course and we'll get them up to speed fast.

      1) April 9th and 10th at Minneapolis, MN.
      2) May 20th and 21st at NAPC headquarters in Waltham, MA

Our FREE webinars make it easy to keep up with the latest technology solutions, business opportunities, feature releases and product demos.
